Gold Crown Jewelers offers a 30 day exchange refund only, of equal value (no cash back) on all in-store items from the date of purchase.

Price of previous purchase may be applied to any item in store.

Price of previous purchase may be applied to any watch or jewelry repair.

Price of previous purchase may be applied to a Gold Crown Jewelers gift card at no extra charge.

Items to be exchanged must be in same condition as when purchased.

Custom catalog ordered items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

All other catalog ordered items are non-refundable and non-returnable after customer pick up.

Full, cash back, for any item purchased under false description and not to be as described.

Original receipt must be present at time of exchange. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
